Restaurant Lee Sushi in Braunschweig

Ordered something twice and received something different than wanted both times. At least the quality of the sushi was good.

The prices for the buffet (all-you-can-eat) are okay, the drink prices are unfortunately excessive. You don't even need to order dishes from the menu because the price-performance ratio is almost usury. All this is only topped by the unfriendly service, who gets snotty, although you only ask how long it will take. Unfortunately, I can't understand the positive reviews here, because the shop was maybe half full when we visited, but the orders were extremely slow to come out. I don't want to know how it works should the store be full. There are better alternatives for an Asian buffet in Braunschweig, with friendlier staff!

Also absolutely recommendable as a delivery service. On New Year's Day, delivery took place within 20 minutes (!), Very friendly, the food was delicious. Absolutely satisfied.

Great quality of the dishes, fast service and a well-implemented hygiene concept

A dish called "Avocado Bowl" costs over 7EUR and consists exclusively of rice and (possibly) a whole avocado ?! No vegetables, no grain, nothing. An absolute cheek!

Although the salad was forgotten today, I can only give it 5 stars. I ate sushi for the first time 3 weeks ago, after 45 years. It was mega on site here. We have now ordered 3 times from different suppliers and it definitely tastes best here. We will keep coming back. I can't say anything about the delivery. We have picked up and will accept the 50km driving again !!

Lee Sushi is a nice place for asian kitchen, lunch menu all you can eat is quite good! I found the waitress a bit rude! Maybe because I did not speak in German.

The food on the menu was very varied, but the fried rice was not set by the air conditioning system was too cold. So all in all it was OK!

A bottomless cheek. 10.90 € for a "bowl" (see picture) .. That's awesome. You can not be serious. 3 pieces of salmon, a lettuce leaf and rice. Called and not a bit accommodating. Answer: "We have a bowl, do you know how expensive salmon is?" .. When asked to deliver something more so that one is satisfied for the price, you said that all customers are treated equally. If all customers are treated like this, I really feel sorry for them. Never again. Honest.

Very fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, almost every type of sushi contains cream cheese, it doesn't have to be! Otherwise always friendly staff, fast and tasty!

Amazing food, amazing reception

My wife and me, we have been enjoying sushi set from Lee Sushi for a long time. Take away or home delivery of sushi set in evening was often enjoyed. Today they decided to change the menu. I have never seen such a bad sushi set before in Germany. Highly disappointed. Unfortunately they have lost a customer. Will look for a new sushi place.

When it comes to Asian food, I find Vietnamese specialities very interesting, and one of my favourites from the Vietnamese cuisine is the classic "crispy duck", preferably served with orange sauce. And in the Vietnamese restaurant Lee Sushi in Braunschweig you can get an excellent crispy duck in orange sauce! The surface is just as crispy as it should be, the slices are thin and nice and the orange sauce is quite excellent. All in all, a delightful dish, and for a very reasonable price. But you should make sure you are hungry when you order it, the portions are large and generous, and you do not want to leave anything on the plate since it tastes so good! A good meal needs to be finished off with good coffee, and of cause a cup of Vietnamese coffee should be the perfect choice, but for me the coffee served was unfortunately a disappointment, with a taste suspiciously similar to instant coffee, and quite overpriced. So, next time I will enjoy the duck just as much, but I think I will leave the coffee.

I started to buy my sushi here. Best place in town for sushi atm. I do not know how the other food is. The staff tries to be friendly but are stressed most of the time. Homedelivery works also but can take up to an hour or more. #insta.na.da

I have already eaten there 3 times and think the sushi is delicious, but unfortunately I always have the same problem with the order. We ordered food and even though the shop wasn't half full, we waited over 20 minutes for a total of 6 cold dishes. Usually 4-5 dishes arrived on request, each with 4 sushi rolls. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the last one, which is a shame, but I think that's how "all-you-can-eat" works. So if you have the time, you are sure to find something here, but there are also far better shops with good dishes and, above all, top service. The staff here unfortunately became increasingly unfriendly, although I only asked how long I would have to wait. So my conclusion is that the food in the shop is quite delicious, but I won't visit it again because these mistakes occurred not only on one, but on all three visits. Mistakes are human, but they shouldn't happen every time.

The place is authentic and nicely decorated with welcoming colours and furniture. The free help-yourself tea is a very nice touch. The only disadvantages are that they don't have child seats and that they don't offer desserts. Would totally recommend it though.

Unfriendly personal, location looks good

We went there for a dinner buffet. We had waited for so long for food. While the tables surrounding us got their 3rd plate we still got nothing. I had read some reviews before going, some said that they had the same problems.. really didn't expect to be us. 26€ for 4 fried dim sum, 1 springroll, 2 fried shrimps, and 6 pieces of sushi.

kind of a rough sushi restaurant. We tried all you can eat sushi. Kind of cool with the online order through iPad, but beware of the rules (everyone on the table must order + leftovers must be paid at double price!). Unfortunately fish was not the best quality and the pieces had way too much of rice, which full your stomach but nothing more. Price was low, but one can find better place for sushi!
